*Tree falls on tempo in Goregaon West, one woman injured*
A big tree fell on a tempo in Goregaon West on Tuesday morning, narrowly missing the driver and injuring one woman.
The incident took place at around 11:30 am in Motilal Nagar No. 1.
The tree, which was around 30 feet tall, fell on the middle of the road, blocking traffic.
The tempo driver, was able to get out of the vehicle unharmed.
However, a woman who was walking by was hit by a branch and suffered a minor hand injury.
She was taken to the nearby dispensary for treatment.
Firefighters were called to the scene and were able to remove the tree from the road. The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
