In a shocking incident
0n 23/3 afternoon; the BMC P/North ward DEMOLITION SQUAD, in Mumbai’s Kandivali West area has demonstrated its FEIGNING IGNORANCES due to corrupt practises/ ECONOMIC TERRORISM at New Peak in Mumbai by unjustly engaging its JCB CONTRACTOR / MUKADAMS under PROTECTION / COVERUP fully by MALAD (W) Police.
The Managing Committee Members (In Technical Collaboration with its EXPERT~ BMC, ALL of whose Objective is to pull down the Building hence wants to grab / USurp the invaluable premises for self enrichment SCHEMA since more than one year) by demolishing the Greenland Nursery Play Group @Shree Paras Darshan CHS Ltd despite knowing it had the WP & directions from the Hon’ble Bombay High Court of NO COERCIVE ACTION can be taken as per WPL/ 6013/ 2023 order of 15th March’2023, copy enclosed;
Shri Karthik ji, the OBSERVOR at the nursery play group, from the VICINITY, has witnessed from start to finish the callous behaviour of BMC officer ~ Lord Shirshat & His dozen+ ACCOMPLICES, whose photos have been recorded of the DRAMA Created then before Law aboding CITIZENS ;
It appears that BMC officials, are having field day / daily harvesting betel nut with JCB, so as to Terrorise / vandalize, minority property owners; who do not tow their Line / Feet or further agitate immediately before Superiors / Hon’ble High Court as they start demolishing the structure even before landing on site or bringing two witness / PANCHA’s or without any warning or prior discussion, with Owners / Occupants therein , as their way of punishing.
Karthik ji further showed the Commander / Police & told them that the furniture & Painting work (Tenantable Repairs) was now going on since Feb’2023; and at that point of time the laborers were having their Lunch, when BMC officials arrived with bulldozers and started demolishing the structure to pull down the premises unjustly then;
He confirmed that; the authorities did not even make any announcement / inform anyone that they were using JCB otherwise the OWNERS were inside, and ALL DOCUMENTS Ready to Guide, before the demolition could begin;
When the CITIZENS started recording the abnormal incident / GOONDA GARDI, with his mobile phone, the officers in unison, snatched it from his hands and threatened him of framing under FALSE Sections of IPC;
The caretaker confirms that the BMC officials initially stated they had Building Plans & will inspect each & every Flat / Rooms in PARAS DARSHAN; It prima Facie appears that once the MANAGING COMMITTEE gave their GRATUITIES / GREEN SIGNAL, they ran on convoy of CARS with motorbikes ready for next like missions, leaving behind their favourites other more than dozen flats / including SLABS Cut therein.
From the above episode it appears the LAND MAFIA’s are back in UNIFORM wielding MASSIVE Power; Hence the GOVT & its administration should drill deep down for micro piling REGISTER FIR & then investigate [ Including their DA / Educational Qualification] in the matter thoroughly and then take strict action against these culprits / within border TERRORISM involved in this case with blatant contempt of the court order.
This incident raises questions not only about corruption within the system and it is important that immediate action is taken to prevent such incidents daily in the future.
Such corruption is widely existing in bmc..The police is also with bmc.If one examines the amount of property owned by these officers one will be shocked.I have made nos. of complaints to bmc regarding encroachment .The results are hopless. They collect money and do nothing.
